Clare Baines

 Clare has been with Trio since 2016 and oversees the bookkeeping and VAT department. She works closely with a large range of clients and has developed a close working relationship with them. Away from work Clare enjoys motorcycling, motorhoming, gardening and tap dancing as well as spending time with her family and dogs.

Marie Trigg AAT

Marie has been with Trio since 1997 and manages the accounts production for our clients both large and small. The clients for whom we prepare accounts cover a wide spectrum of businesses, and vary in size from sole traders, to larger companies. Some of these clients require monthly accounts for management purposes, and Marie ensures that these are accurately produced to strict deadlines. Marie enjoys being a spectator at sporting events, particularly Gloucester Rugby

Verena Worgan

Verena has been with Trio since 2014 and has over 17 years of experience of accounts and VAT preparation for a range of clients. She provides a timely and accurate service for clients in a variety of sectors. In any spare time that having a young family allows, Verena enjoys going to the gym, swimming and reading.

Mark Faherty FAIA, ATT (Fellow)

Mark has been a key senior member of Trio since 1998, managing a mixed-tax (direct and indirect) portfolio including small companies, professional partnerships, owner-managed businesses, trusts and personal tax. He is a fully qualified International Accountant and Tax Technician. Prior to joining Trio, Mark worked for Price-Waterhouse-Coopers and HM Revenue & Customs, so brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Trio. Mark is a lover of both classic rock music and cycling – being particularly passionate about his bicycle collection
